The cottage is situated next to the Newfield Inn, where good food and cask ale is served all day. It makes an ideal starting point for many of the walks within the valley.
The property has two twin-bedded rooms with shared bathroom and one double en suite. The large lounge/dining room is situated together with the kitchen on the first floor to take advantage of the stunning views.

These two cottages are set in the beautiful unspoilt valley of Hall Dunnerdale, Seathwaite, which overlooks the cascading River Duddon and has panoramic views of Caw Fell, Harter Fell, Birker Fell and Coniston Old Man.
These traditional holiday cottages have beautifully converted from a traditional Cumbrian barn and provide excellent accommodation. retaining much of the original character, and all enjoy beams and lovely views. They are comfortably furnished throughout with much of the furniture, hand crafted honey coloured pine.
The properties offer a peaceful retreat for those looking to "get away from it all" and are very suitable for friends and family who want to go on holiday together, be close by, but have their own space.
