A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's rental is payable at the time of booking.
Hot water for the shower is heated free of charge.
All bedding and towels are provided.
Pets by arrangement only, please advise when booking.
Arrival is after 4.00pm.
Please vacate by 10:00am on your morning of departure.

Seathwaite Lodge
Seathwaite Lodge in the heart of the Duddon Valley makes an ideal base for walking, cycling, or touring the west and south lakes.
This comfortably furnished barn conversion has two en-suite rooms available - one double and one twin. All rooms have colour TV. A traditional English breakfast awaits you in the morning and pack lunches are available.
The lodge is situated next to the Newfield Inn where good food and a variety of cask ales can be enjoyed all day in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
We have off road parking for vehicles with lockable storage for bicycles and motorbikes.
